We work exclusively for the owner. Every recommendation, review, and decision is made in the owner's interest — not a designer's, contractor's, or operator's.
We sit between the golf course architect, the building architect, and the operator, making sure each discipline's work connects into one coordinated project.
We review design submissions, contracts, tenders, and construction documents with the technical depth to catch issues early — across both golf and buildings.
With a fundamental understanding of golf course operations we have the ability to craft golf facilities that minimize staffing requirements while offering comfortable guest experiences. Facility design covers Clubhouse, Academy, Maintenance and other courts buildings.

We do not design golf courses. We help owners identify, brief, and manage the right course architect — then review their work on the owner's behalf.
We do not sell golf merchandise, we do account for a sales strategy and how this effects the design and placement of a Pro Shop with the intent of maximizing retail sales.
We do not build golf courses. We help owners select qualified contractors, review tenders, and oversee delivery from the owner's side of the table.
We do not replace the owner's operations team. We prepare the project to be operated, then hand over to the people who will run it day-to-day.
